Order Processing and Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays. After processing, orders will be shipped from our warehouse and should arrive within 5-7 business days. Depending on the category of the product, shipping methods may vary between services from United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped out. Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

We do not offer international shipping.

An adult over the age of 21 must be present at the time of delivery for orders containing cartridges and disposables.

PO Boxes

We cannot ship any orders to PO Boxes. Please do not enter a PO box as your shipping address, as this will result in order delays.

Return Policy

We will not accept returns. Exceptions include damage to fragile product packaging. You must notify is within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
